The Architecture

At the core of the Kovotic Labs ecosystem is IntentSense, a proprietary intent-classification engine that processes commerce signals in real time. When a webhook fires, an order is created, or a metric crosses a threshold, IntentSense determines the event type, assigns it to one of four behavioral archetypes — Guardian, Analyst, Automator, or Commander — and routes it to the purpose-built agent best suited for the response.

The entire platform runs on a unified data architecture: PostgreSQL with Prisma ORM for persistence, Redis for real-time caching and rate limiting, Fastify for the API gateway, and a dual-edge deployment across Railway (compute) and Vercel (static assets and CDN).
